Originally from Colombia, our front desk and marketing coordinator, Laura, brings both charm and professionalism to the team. With a bachelor’s degree in business management, along with training in financing, she’s spent the last four years perfecting her skills in communication, organization, and patient care. Her passion for helping others shines through in how she greets every patient with a smile and ensures they have all the information they need to feel comfortable and confident in their visit. Having been a patient herself, she understands how important it is to feel cared for and heard. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, traveling, learning French, and sipping Colombian coffee. She’s also passionate about learning how to create content for social media and is always brainstorming fun, creative ways to showcase the heart of the office online. Her favorite places? The beach—and of course, her beautiful home country, Colombia.

Mary is originally from Brazil and brings a unique background as a trained lawyer with a postgraduate degree in labor law. After moving into the dental field, she discovered her true passion for helping people, staying organized, and creating a positive environment for both patients and her team. With over four years of experience, Mary is the most senior member of our team—and let’s be honest, she knows everything about how this office runs! Whether it’s scheduling, solving problems, or just keeping everyone on track, Mary is our go-to expert and the heart of the front desk. She makes sure every patient feels welcomed and every team member feels heard and appreciated. Outside of the office, you’ll find her watching Netflix, playing with her niece, or traveling to explore new cultures and relax at beautiful resorts. She speaks Portuguese and English and truly loves being part of a place where she can make a difference every day—with a smile and a whole lot of knowledge!
