Appointment Policy
We are proud to be your choice for dental care in Burnaby. To help you stay on track with your oral health, we provide appointment reminders in advance of your scheduled visit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least two full business days’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
In the event of a missed appointment or short-notice cancellation, a fee may apply. While we do our best to provide reminders, we encourage you to keep track of your scheduled appointments and notify us as early as possible if your availability changes.
